Tarik is an attorney-at-law for past 12 years and has extensive experience working for international organizations and on international projects. He worked In cooperation with DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach Sarajevo. Tarik cooperated and still cooperates with Law Office Femil Čurt on a multitude of corporate law related projects, as well as on banking and finance projects.

Tarik advises domestic and foreign companies in accordance to their legal issues, on matters concerning commercial law, corporate law, civil law, property issues and labor law. Tarik issued high level legal opinions on FDIs in Bosnia and Herzegovina to its foreign clients.

Tarik has experience in preparation of due diligence reports for purchase and sale of company shares, as well as preparing contracts and other documentation in that matter. Tarik also experienced preparation and implementation of various processes of privatization/restructure in companies in portfolio, as well as preparation and implementation of the process of recapitalization. He also provides overall legal advices to clients in the matter of purchase and sale of shares on the stock exchange, participates in the process of purchase and sale, and provides attendance and representation at court hearings in every legal issue in that matter.

Tarik provided overall legal advice in every matter of legal issues which concern every aspect of misdemeanor law, including attendance on court hearing and defense of the legal representative of domestic and international clients.

Tarik provides legal representation of domestic and foreign clients in every matter at competent institutions and courts, also participates as mediator in mediation processes.
