Edisa is an attorney-at-law for past 10 years and has extensive experience working for international organizations and on international projects. She worked for the Office of the High Representative in BIH, UNDP, European Commission and ICTY. Edisa cooperated and still cooperates with Law Office Femil Čurt on a multitude of corporate law related projects, as well as on banking and finance projects.

Edisa regularly advises subsidiaries of international banks, domestic companies and foreign investors on matters concerning commercial law, civil law, property issues and labor law. Edisa prepared a number of high level due diligence reports, and issued legal opinions on FDIs in Bosnia and Herzegovina to its foreign clients.

Edisa has experience in preparation of a due diligence reports for purchase and sale of companies and construction of business and shopping malls; joint ventures, land purchase and construction of various objects.

Edisa provided overall legal advice and assisted its Austrian client in the procedure of obtainment of the concession from the Herzegovina Neretva Canton at the territory of Mostar related to construction of a wind park. She also provided overall legal advice to its Austrian client on planned construction of a shopping mall in vicinity of Sarajevo International Airport.

Edisa co-prepared USAID/SPIRA – Construction Permitting Procedure Manual and Construction Inspection Manual and prepared World Bank – Doing Business report for three consecutive years. She has also provided number of legal opinions on concession framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and fundamental legal framework for the construction and operation of hydro power plants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
