Femil has extensive experience in the areas of banking/finance corporate, M&A, infrastructure projects and concessions. Femil has been working with a major American consulting company in the implementation of the largest ever on-lending program of the US Government in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Femil regularly advises local subsidiaries of largest regional and international financial, outsourcing, FMCG and pharmaceutical companies.

Femil regularly advises international and regional banks on financing / refinancing arrangements of the largest regional holding company as well as institutional investors on purchase of bonds issued by such holding company at the international markets.

Femil advised the F BiH Government on its Reform Agenda for the period 2015-2018 regarding restructuring of 62 state owned enterprises.

Femil provided overall advice to a Luxemburg based holding on acquisition of a local bank, as well as to a Swiss based investment fund on recapitalization of a local bank and subsequent acquisition of a controlling interest  

Femil advised IFC on PPP project related to construction of a section of VC corridor of 40 kilometres in F BiH. Femil also advised consortium of regional and local companies on PPP project related to construction of a section of VC corridor of some 40 kilometres in RS.

Femil advised reputable Malaysian investor on a first-ever acquisition of the prominent local football club as well as a reputable Dutch investor on purchase of 60% of a share capital in the major local internet sales platform.
