Nejra Suljić is a Attorney at law with more than 9 years of experience. Nejra specializes in infrastructure projects, regulatory and banking law, financing and corporate financing across a wide range of industries, commercial law, contracts, public procurement, litigation and advising in cross-border transactions. Nejra assists in advising international clients in the English and German languages.

Nejra assisted in advising of the F BiH Government on its Reform Agenda for the period 2015-2018 regarding restructuring of 62 state owned enterprises.

Nejra assisted in advising of initial purchasers (11 international banks) and trustee in the transaction related to the issuance of senior notes of $300 Mio and €325 Mio by Mjor Croatian holding company from the Bosnian law perspective.

Nejra also assisted in advising of IFC on PPP project related to construction of a section of VC corridor of 40 kilometres in F BiH. Femil also advised consortium of regional and local companies on PPP project related to construction of a section of VC corridor of some 40 kilometres in RS.
